1. At StartupXAI.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However due to the nature of digital products all our sales are final and we cannot accept returns or process refunds once a product is delivered.

2. Once the contents have been downloaded not refund shall be issued from our end. And in case of non delivery refunds shall be processed in 5-7 business days.

3. To request for a refund kindly email us to hello@startupxai.com along with proof of purchase and description of the issue and refund cases are approved on a case to case basis.
